By creating an account or using InterviewOS, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

InterviewOS is a web-based platform that provides structured interview preparation resources, including but not limited to: DSA pattern modules, frontend mastery tracks, coding editors, study plans, and learning documentation. The platform may evolve, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use InterviewOS for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content from the platform
Redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit our content without permission
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
Impersonate another person or entity
Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise platform security

5. Intellectual Property

All content on InterviewOS — including text, code examples, explanations, UI designs, graphics, and branding — is the intellectual property of InterviewOS or its content creators and is protected by copyright laws.

You may use the educational content for personal learning purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. User-Generated Content

Code you write in our editors and feedback you submit remains yours. By submitting feedback or bug reports, you grant InterviewOS a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve the platform.

7. Payment & Billing

Some features may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription:

You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase
Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice

8. Limitation of Liability

InterviewOS is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InterviewOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or employment opportunities.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to InterviewOS at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
